What wellness obstacles did you face before working with a coach from BeniComp® Advantage?

I faced a few obstacles before working with a BeniComp® Advantage coach. One of them was I was always looking for a quick fix. All I ever wanted to do was lose weight and lose it fast. I wanted to try every new diet trend that was out there. I would try them and give up after a few months. I did not realize I was in the wrong mind set. I finally was told that I need to think about being healthy and then the weight loss will come. I was told I did not gain my weight overnight and I would not lose it overnight either. I finally realized if I did not change my mind set, then I was always going to fail and make my health worse. My coach set me on track and I have been so much better off.
