I just received a bill that I shouldn’t have..should I just pay it?
NO. Please contact us and upload your bill in your portal. You should not pay anything that you are not aware of. If you do pay it, it will be difficult to get the money back after the fact. Stop what you are doing and reach us via chat, ticket, or phone.
What do I do if I have issues at the provider's office?
You can call a BeniComp Member Advocate with any questions at (866) 797-3343 or reach us via chat/support ticket through your portal.
Is there something I can bring in to show that I am at the right place?
Yes! Log into your BeniComp Portal to find your Provider Letter!
This letter is created by our team to help you get the care you need while going to the doctor. If any issues arise, just show your letter and you should be good to go. Your Provider Letter is available in your BeniComp Portal on the home page.
Do I have an ID Card?
Yes. You can log into your BeniComp Portal and print your ID card at any time! Simply by logging into your portal you can access your card at any time, even on your mobile devices!
It is best to print your ID Card and your Provider Letter to confirm your appointment.
I just don’t know where to go or where to even start with finding the right doctor.
We have another way to help using our new tool. Find a provider near you using the BeniComp provider search tool.
How it works:
STEP ONE: Log into your BeniComp account
STEP TWO: On your home screen, there will be a link to "Find a Provider"
STEP THREE: Search for a doctor, facility, or specialty
STEP FOUR: Call the doctor to provide your insurance information or we can do it for you! Follow the instructions on the screen to get started.
Can I add a spouse and children?
Yes! Not only can you add them, but now they can create their own account in the portal as long as they are over the age of 18. Dependents under 18 will show up on your account.
STEP 1: Log into your BeniComp account and click "My Profile" by hovering over your name in the top right corner
STEP 2: Click the "Dependents" tab
STEP 3: Click "Invite User" and enter the email address for your family member

Our chat feature has real people behind the screen to assist. Need help? Log into your BeniComp account and chat with a Member Advocate 6 days a week. We are here for you! Our hours of operation for chat are Monday - Friday from 8am to 9pm and Saturday from 8am to 5pm.
Our support ticket option is available after you log into your BeniComp Portal. Click "Submit Support Ticket" from your home screen and let us know who to set up your insurance with!
