Claims Processor
BeniComp is currently recruiting for an experienced, reliable Insurance Claims Processor. Essential functions and responsibilities of this position are as follows:
*Process medical and dental claims
*Responsible for Spec Claims and Filings
*Assist in answering telephone calls when needed to resolved issues and ensure customer retention and satisfaction
*Create a positive enviornment for clients
*Work as a team with other staff members
*Perform Rx overrides
*Assist, as time allows, with batching and scanning of claims
*Responsible for handling multiple responsibilities in an efficient and professional manner

Qualifications:
*Knowledge of Claims Processing and Administration for medical and dental claims
*Familiarity with CPT and ICD9 codes
*Minimum of one year experience in health care or insurance related field
*Effective problem solving and decision making skills
*Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
*Change adaptive, open minded and flexible
*Stop Loss experience preferred
*LuminX or other processing software experience is preferred

Business Analyst

Benicomp is currently recruiting for a full-time Business Analyst. The BA will serve as the conduit between the customer community and the information systems team. Essential functions and responsibilities of this position are as follows:
• Prepares client account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Utilizes systems and data to resolve business issues in an efficient manner.
• Reviews and corrects data systems to ensure BCA system runs smoothly.
• Conducts various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, and presenting information for operational and business planning.
• Enhance and maintain operational information and models.
• Develop and implement solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.
• Ability to process a variety of data and assist in manufacturing reports to show trends.
• Support Account Managers to ensure Customer Inquiries are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ability to work as a change agent in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Qualifications:
• Superior planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to focus on details to ensure excellent customer service.
• Intermediate level of access and excel with ability to grow.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Change adaptive, open minded and flexible.
• Experienced with Microsoft products.
• Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of insurance with a focus on health insurance policy administration and claims administration is a plus.
