As a User Support Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of our technology operations, supporting an incredible team of ~50 employees across office and remote environments. You’ll play a critical role in device setup, troubleshooting, and process improvement while collaborating with experienced engineers who are eager to mentor the next IT leader.

What You’ll Do
- Support BeniComp staff with laptops, software, and account access across Windows 11 and Linux environments
- Manage and troubleshoot systems in Google Workspace, Office 365, and Azure Active Directory
- Maintain and monitor our Lenovo ThinkPad fleet and ensure secure, standardized configurations
- Support office networking equipment powered by Ubiquiti UniFi, including Wi-Fi, security, and remote access
- Assist with helpdesk ticket triage and resolution (Tier 1–2) for ~50 employees across office and remote setups
- Build out internal IT documentation and user support policies
- Coordinate hardware provisioning and onboarding/offboarding
- Contribute to HIPAA-compliant practices and secure IT operations
- Support company systems like RingCentral and ensure remote access to AWS-hosted platforms
- Maintain systems using tools like Pulseway (endpoint management) and Datadog (monitoring/alerting)
- Work with senior technical staff to streamline processes and grow your skills in systems, cloud, and security
What We’re Looking For
- A tech-savvy, curious person who loves learning and solving problems
- Experience supporting users in Windows and/or Linux environments
- Solid understanding of modern workplace tools: Google Workspace, Office 365, VoIP, device management
- Familiarity or willingness to learn Pulseway and Datadog
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and communicate clearly
- A self-starter who’s comfortable in a fast-moving company where processes evolve
- Someone who wants a long-term path to grow into systems administration or IT leadership
- Bonus points if you’ve worked in a structured IT environment or understand compliance frameworks like HIPAA

Job Details
Salary: $40,000–$60,000 based on experience
Career Level: Entry to Mid-Level
Experience Preferred: 2+ years in IT support or equivalent hands-on skill
Education Preferred: No degree required—aptitude and experience matter most
