Transitioning to Digital Platform

We have fully leaned into the technology platform that we have slowly been introducing in order to maintain operational efficiencies and mobilize our workforce. Pulse makes it easier than ever for participants to submit claims and for clients to pay invoices and manage their BeniComp Select plan. In order to avoid disruptions in service, all claims submissions and invoice payments should be made through Pulse.

Encouraging Social Distancing

During this time, we want to make sure that we protect the health and well being of our staff. Currently our staff is working remotely and isolating with their families in the comfort of their own homes. We have created a cloud based infrastructure that allows our team to provide you with the same high quality services that you have come to expect from us over the past 58 years.

Extension for claims deadline

Due to COVID-19 complications, we are further extending the claim submission deadline for participants with the following policies:


1/1/2019 - 12/31/2019 (new deadline of May 31, 2020)
2/1/2019 - 1/31/2020 (new deadline of June 30, 2020)
